CEG provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering construction design services for many retail stores at the 427,000-square-foot Crosslands Shopping Center in Kissimmee, FL. Some of the retail stores we provided engineering design to include Ross Dress for Less, Starbucks, Petsmart, Marshalls/Homegoods, Deals, Charming Charlie, Boot Barn, AT&T, Hook Building and Party City.

Shoppes of Millenia

Construction Engineering Group provided structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for the initial shell of the a 58,477-square-foot retail center in Orlando, FL. We provided the same services for several tenant improvement projects, including a yogurt store, mattress store, bridal store and restaurants, among others.

Viera Colonnade

Construction Engineering Group has provided electrical and civil engineering services throughout the many phases of this retail project in Viera, FL. Engineering services provided included site electrical, civil site design and construction administration services. On many of these facilities, we provided full engineering design for electrical, mechanical and plumbing. This multiphase, 169,976-square-foot retail undertaking included projects such as Chipotle Mexican Grill, TJ Maxx/Homegoods, Mattress Firm, Total Wine, Hair Cuttery, Genna Jewelers, Petsmart, Five Below, Burger 21, Tijuana Flats, Sherwin-Williams, Buffalo Wild Wings, Outback, Tropical Smoothie, UPS Store, Pacific Dental, Mattress One, Charlie Grainger, Jersey Mikes, 7-Eleven and Culvers.
