Auto-Terminal Parking Expansion

CEG provided full civil and electrical design engineering services for the Canaveral Port Authority 7,500-vehicle auto terminal in Port Canaveral, FL. The project was on a 14.59 acre site and included a high bay grade level for auto processing, load/unload area for vehicles onto carriers, a carwash facility and renovation of an existing 60,000-sqaure-foot processing facility. CEG provided civil engineering design of storm water, collection, drainage, and electrical engineering design of site lighting.

DRS Technologies

This design-build multiphase project in Melbourne, FL, involved a 200,000-square-foot office, warehouse and light manufacturing facilities, including truck well and secured shipping/receiving facility. New sidewalks constructed in conjunction with a bus stop and significant landscaping upgrades.

Honda R&D Americas

The design-build project in Grant, FL, became the first LEED Gold-certified building in all of Brevard County. The 11,275-square-foot, single-story office, lab and boat storage facility on the banks of the Indian Rivers is for testing of Honda’s four-stroke outboard motors. Innovative sewer-treatment system employed due to proximity to the river and an underground storage tank system installed for fire protection.
