Boniface Hiers Mazda

CEG provided full mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for this new car dealership in Melbourne, FL. The HVAC scope included multipackage rooftop units for zone control to separate the service area from the sales area, code required ventilation, air distribution, condensate piping and duct work. Electrical design services included power, panel schedules, one-line diagram and lighting, which included LED. The MEP design team assisted with construction administration. The project scope was completed on time and within budget.

Giant Recreation World

Construction Engineering Group proudly participated in the engineering design and construction administration of both the Palm Bay location as well as the Daytona Beach facility in Florida. This project consisted of the construction of a new 32,500-square-foot building, including a 40-foot overhang. Civil engineering services comprised design of the site plan and to expand the storm-water treatment system to handle this project’s new impervious areas and future out-parcels. Other site improvements include parking for the new facility, utility extensions for water, wastewater, fire protection, power/communications, solid waste and recycle enclosure, driveways, parking, RV display and storage areas.

Melbourne BMW

CEG provided structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for the complete renovation and expansion of the existing two-story dealership in Melbourne, FL. Project scope for the 28,000-square-foot contemporary architecture facility included new two-story showroom addition, new customer waiting areas, service consultation area, customer parts area, service drop-off canopy, detail building and new site lighting featuring Venture Lighting’s Natural White 5,000K lamps.
