CEG Restaurant Projects
Grills Riverside in Melbourne
Grill’s Riverside Restaurant in Melbourne, FL, included two marinas, outdoor decking, three separate FDOT permits, four separate FDEP permits, enhanced landscaping, an advance fire protection system and an innovative storm-water management system with a mix of dry and wet detention treatment ponds satisfying the new impaired water-body criteria along with the long-term maintenance and construction fill needed for the project. The entire project totals 3.03 acres and fortifies CEG’s expertise and success working with existing restaurants with long-term leases in the cove for new facilities in the nearby vicinity. Additional rezoning, CPA, parking study, connectivity to Brevard County park to the south and further design for more parking to the south. CEG performed extensive construction administrative services.
Grills Lakeside in Orlando
Construction Engineering Group provided civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for the new Grills Lakeside restaurant on North Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, FL. This gorgeous restaurant is unique to Orlando overlooking Lake Fairview with more 17,373-square-feet of indoor and outdoor dining. The location features a tiki bar, eight boat slips with a floating bar, 260 parking spaces and is located on a scenic 8.2-acre parcel. Engineering tasks included CMEP design, permitting and construction administration services.
El Leoncito
Scope of this Viera, FL, project included civil engineering design and permitting of single-story restaurant and retail buildings with associated parking, walkways, grading and drainage, handicap accessibility, landscaping, and utilities. In addition, CEG provided construction administration services until completion of the project. Building has total square footage of 6,585, with a covered patio.
