• This new urban neighborhood mixed-use project encompasses two complete downtown city blocks in the Channelside District of Tampa, FL.

• It features 890 living units, 45,000 square feet of retail shops, restaurants, private cinema, internet café, and state-of-the-art spa and health and fitness centers.

• Urban development consisting of 185,200-square-foot, seven-story project with 325 luxury apartments and 554-space parking garage. Amenities include rooftop deck with outdoor kitchen, covered cabana area, turf and sunning areas. Project also includes resort-style pool with spa, club room with billiards area, demonstration kitchen, private dining/conference room and wine storage room, plus two-level fitness center with saunas, a courtyard with grilling area, gathering areas, sculpture garden and video game area.
